Great Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    3 large sticks celery, finely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    10 oz. can peeled tomatoes, mashed
    4 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 cans (15.5 oz. each) red kidney beans
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in remaining beef fat and drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook slowly for 2 hours.
    Serves approximately 8.
