Deviled Crabs Or Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crab meat
    1 egg (beaten well)
    1/8 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat egg; add milk, pepper, salt and celery seed.
    Melt butter and pour in.
    Add crab meat and cracker crumbs.
    Mold into shape and fry in deep fat.
    Drain on wax paper.
