Ingredients

3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 stick butter, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
Preparation

Cream together sugar and butter.
Beat in milk, flour and vanilla.
Stir in rolled oats.
Drop by teaspoonful (6 at a time 2 inches apart) on nonstick baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
When you take them out, let stand for a minute until firm enough to turn with a spatula.
Turn upside down on the cookie sheet and roll in a cylinder.
Cool on rack.
Return to oven for a few seconds to soften if necessary.
