Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. venison roast
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    3 c. water
    4 celery sticks
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into half pieces
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cloves garlic, cut in half
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Pierce roast and insert garlic halves into meat.
    Place roast, bay leaf and vegetables into a large roasting pan.
    Combine Lipton soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water.
    After arranging vegetables around and over the roast, pour the soup mixture over the top.
    Cook approximately 3 hours at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
