Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (any type)
3 or 4 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (6 oz.)
9 large eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Whisk eggs and next 4 ingredients. Pour over casserole. Cover and chill overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
