Pork'S Red Chili Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork loin, cut into thin slices
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch lengths
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 small red chili peppers, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. shredded fresh ginger
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy frypan; add pork strips and garlic.
    Cook and stir until lightly browned.
    Add green beans; stir-fry until beans and pork are done, about 5 minutes.
    Push meat and beans to one side of pan.
    Add sugar, soy sauce, chili peppers and ginger. Stir to dissolve sugar.
    Add oil and vinegar.
    Stir pork and beans into the mixture to coat.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
