Country Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    chicken parts
    1/4 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) jar small onions, drained
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
    Arrange in single layer in melted buttered casserole skin side down and bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn pieces and bake 20 minutes more until nicely browned.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Combine milk, soup, cheese, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Add onions and mushrooms to chicken.
    Pour milk mixture over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with foil and continue baking 30 minutes more at 350\u00b0.
