Easy Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) jar ready to use mincemeat
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle condensed milk
    2 c. (1 lb.) candied fruit
    1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Pour half the batter into each pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Turn out of pan.
    Glaze and garnish as desired.
