Clear Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Mix in saucepan the sugar, salt and cornstarch.
    Stir in orange juice and boiling water.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Add butter and grated orange rind.
    Serve warm. Makes 2 cups sauce.
    Good on angel cake or white cake.
