Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. each diced leek, onion and celery
    1 c. broccoli, diced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 c. light cream
    salt, pepper and thyme
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute vegetables 5 minutes over low fire.
    Blend in flour.
    Then add chicken stock.
    Bring to a boil.
    Season and let simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add cream.
    Perfect for a cold winter afternoon.
