Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk or 1 egg whole
1 tsp. vanilla or almond
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
6 oz. Heath bits
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
(Makes 20 cookies.
Use an ice cream scoop to make and flatten down with your hand or use a tablespoon for smaller cookies.)
