New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs and 1 egg yolk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix and put into a spring-form pan with a graham cracker crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and 55 minutes at 300\u00b0.
