Iron Skillet Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, baking soda and sugar together.
    Add liquids to dry mix.
    Pour in a preheated 9-inch iron skillet in which 1 tablespoon oleo is melted.
    Bake 30 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Mixture is very thin before baking.
