Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rhubarb, diced small
    1 3/4 c. sugar, plus 2 Tbsp.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 whole eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and flour. Add to rhubarb and mix. Beat eggs lightly with fork and stir into rhubarb mixture. Make pie crust from favorite recipe. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust; dot top with butter. Put either whole or lattice crust over top of pie. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let pie get cold before serving.
