Squash-Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 squash, diced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Lawry's garlic salt
    butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix squash, tomatoes and seasoning.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven, covered, for approximately 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Replace cover; let stand for approximately 5 minutes before serving, until cheese melts.
