Pasta Vegetable - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pasta noodles (any shape or size), cook as directed
onions
bell pepper
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 c. broccoli, frozen
1 c. whole kernel corn, frozen
Nature's Seasons
1 lb. sauted summer smoked sausage (optional)
Preparation
-
Cook pasta noodles as directed.
Saute onions and bell pepper in canola oil.
Add broccoli and corn.
Steam for 15 minutes, then add pasta.
Season with Nature's Seasons.
Also can add 1 pound sauteed summer smoked sausage.
