Mixed Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices bacon
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 large cans baked pea beans
2 pkg. fordhook limas, cooked
2 cans dark red kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Dice bacon and fry.
Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. In bacon fat saute garlic, onion, green pepper and celery.
Add and mix well the rest of the ingredients, except bacon.
Put bacon on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until beans are good and hot.
Bake in a 2-quart bean pot.
Serves 12.
