Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. apples, chopped coarsely, leaving some pieces teaspoon size
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Combine chopped apples and sugar and let stand in mixing bowl. Beat egg whites stiff; add yolks and beat.
    Add oil and mix well. Let stand.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add oil and egg mixture to apples and sugar and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and nuts and stir well.
    Pour in well-greased and floured pan (Bundt pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake is done.
    Turn out of pan while cake is hot and drizzle with 1 cup powdered sugar dissolved in juice of one lemon.
