Orange Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. liquid (half milk and half fresh orange juice)
    zest of 1 orange
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening; mix in zest.
    Pour liquid all at one time.
    Mix lightly enough to bind ingredients together.
    Roll on lightly floured board to 3/4-inch thick.
    Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden brown.
