Pork And Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    1 can beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (14 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 c. quick brown rice
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salsa
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Stir-fry pork.
    Stir in all other ingredients, except cheese. Pour into a 2-quart casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer.
