Pizza Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen raw ground turkey, thawed
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    vegetable cooking oil
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
    6 (2/3 oz.) slices 40% less-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
    Place patties on rack and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
    Brush top of each cooked patty with tomato sauce and top with a slice of cheese.
    Yield:
    6 servings (166 calories per serving).
