Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Cool Whip
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large pkg. dry jello (cherry or strawberry)
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1 c. cherries
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix Cool Whip and sour cream together.
    Stir in package of dry jello.
    Fold in fruit cocktail, cherries and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Chill for 1 hour before serving.
