Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 large onions (2 lb.), thinly sliced
6 beef bouillon cubes
6 c. boiling water
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onions over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender and transparent.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and gradually add to the onions.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
