Garbage Can Dinner(For A Very Large Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole scraped carrots
    whole unpeeled potatoes
    whole onions
    corn-on-the-cob
    cabbage wedges
    sliced and tied ham and/or Polish sausage
Preparation
    In a new 30 gallon garbage can or large restaurant cooking container, place 2 inches of corn husks in bottom; add grate. Then add at least 2 inches of boiling water.
    Place layers of vegetables and meat according to sequence.
    Place on outdoor fire or grill and steam for 1 to 2 hours.
