Chili Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 servings Minute rice
    1 c. chopped green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Prepare rice, then mix green chilies, sour cream and 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese throughout rice.
    Dot with butter. Cover with another 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack.
    Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
