Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans snow crab or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
    8 oz. pkg. Kraft natural Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. diced onion
    9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Mix the first four ingredients until blended.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pastry shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
