Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    5 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 pt. water
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 pt. half and half milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Cook for 6 minutes on medium-high heat.
    Add butter, mustard and pepper. Cook 4 minutes.
    Add half and half milk and oysters.
    Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
    Salt to taste.
