Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    4 chicken breasts, cut in strips
    3 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    1 1/2 c. corn
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    cumin
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    salt and pepper
    fresh cilantro
    4 corn tortillas, cut in strips
    1 c. instant rice
    garlic salt (optional)
    chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    When chicken and vegetables are done, add instant rice and cook until rice is done.
    Add tortilla strips
