Corned Beef Dish(Quick Fix) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef, chopped
    1/2 to 2/3 bag frozen shoestring potatoes
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    canola cooking oil
Preparation
    Pour enough cooking oil into skillet.
    Heat for frying potatoes.
    Fry potatoes until golden.
    Drain on paper towels to remove and absorb all surplus oil.
    Salt lightly.
    Pour off all cooking oil from skillet, leaving enough to fry chopped onion until tender, but do not brown onion.
    Add chopped corned beef. Stir and cook mixture about 5 or 6 minutes, then add fried potatoes.
    Mix well; stir constantly.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
