Microwave Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Micro Mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spray
    a
    9-inch round microwave-safe dish with cooking spray. Combine
    mix, eggs, mayonnaise and milk in bowl.
    Pour into prepared
    dish.
    Microwave
    at
    half
    power
    (50% ) for 7 minutes, turning
    once.
    Turn
    again.
    Microwave at full power (100%) for 2 or 3 minutes or until cake tester inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
    Remove to rack to cool completely. Makes 8 servings.
