Italian Beef For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Add all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours, shredding beef with a fork intermittently.
