Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk (let stand a few minutes)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix with spoon sugars, flour and oil.
    Remove 1/2 cup and set aside for topping.
    Add all other ingredients and mix.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle crumbs and nuts on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
