No Crust Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a blender (or mixer can be used) and blend on high for one minute.
    Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake 30 minutes or until set.
    Cool completely before serving.
    If desired top with whipped cream.
