Rotini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    2 lb. Ricotta
    1 to 2 eggs
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Add salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese to Ricotta cheese. Mix until blended.
    Lay rotini on bottom of casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 cup sauce, 1/2 Ricotta mixture, layer additional ziti, Ricotta and sauce.
    Add Mozzarella cheese to top.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 3/4 hour, covered.
    Uncover and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes.
