Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. country ham (lean), cut up in cubes
    5 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon)
    2 dashes hot sauce
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. finely chopped spring onions (leafy parts)
    2 cloves garlic, minced fine
Preparation
    Brown ham, garlic and onion in olive oil until lightly browned.
    Mix and beat eggs.
    Add half and half and condiments. Put ham mixture in bottom of lightly browned pie crust.
    Then, pour creamy mixture over ham mixture.
    Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of mixture.
    Cover edge of pie crust with foil; place on cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
