Quickie Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberries
    1 box strawberry jello (sugar-free)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and hull the strawberries and slice or crush them into a saucepan.
    Add the water and jello, then cook, stirring, over a moderate heat until the mixture boils.
    Simmer for 2 minutes. Allow to cool, then pour into 3 small jars.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    There are 3 calories per tablespoon.
