Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 medium jalapeno pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped salad olives
    1 large bag tortilla chips, slightly crushed
Preparation
    Toss cheeses together.
    Brown meat, onions and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and cheese.
    Layer in order: 1/2 chips, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cheeses.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
