Mock Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. oatmeal
1 diced onion
2 eggs
dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together and form into patties.
Brown on both sides in frying pan.
Remove from pan and place in bottom of casserole. Add one can cream of mushroom soup over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
