Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of celery soup, mixed with 1 can water
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, egg, onion, crumbs, flakes, salt and 1/4 cup soup mix.
    Shape into balls.
    Brown in shortening.
    Pour remaining soup in and simmer 30 minutes.
