Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream or grated lemon rind (for garnish)
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in milk and add lemon juice. Freeze for
1 hour or until thick.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze in 2 ice trays. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Garnish.
