Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler; set aside.
    Mix 2/3 cup evaporated milk and softened margarine in cake mix.
    Pour half into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out.
