Cucumber Mayonnaise For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large cucumber, grated fine
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix and chill thoroughly.
Makes a wonderful tartar sauce.
