Country Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans clear chicken broth
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can mixed vegetables
    2 cans chunk white chicken (undrained)
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine broth and rice.
    Cook over medium-high heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add mixed vegetables, chicken and parsley.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
