Quiche A La Jack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
    3 c. Jack cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Measure 1 cup of cheese and layer on bottom of pie shell. Layer bacon and onion on top of cheese.
    Layer the remaining 2 cups of cheese on top.
    Beat eggs and pepper.
    Add half and half and mustard.
    Pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
