Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops, trimmed of excess fat (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    salt
    4 slices lemon
    4 slices onion
    brown sugar
    catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chops in baking pan.
    Salt chops and top with lemon slice (can use juice, also).
    Sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
    Pour 1 tablespoon of catsup on each.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Baste occasionally.
