Quick Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned and cooked
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook onion, garlic, green pepper and celery, slowly about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
