Sour Cream Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (any fruit flavor)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello, sugar and salt in boiling water.
Stir in light cream and vanilla (mixture will look curdled, but will become smooth).
Stir is sour cream.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into a 3 or 4-cup ring mold. Chill until firm; unmold.
Serve with fruit if desired.
Makes 3 cups or 6 servings.
