Green Beans With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 tsp. margarine
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. quartered mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash beans, trim ends and remove strings.
    Put in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water.
    Cover and steam 5 minutes. Drain and plunge into cold water.
    Drain again.
    Melt margarine in nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
    Add mushrooms and garlic.
    Saute 3 minutes.
    Add beans, onion powder, salt and pepper.
    Stir well and cook for 3 more minutes.
