Rose D'S "Mushroom Monterey" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    freshly ground pepper
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter for about 2 minutes.
    Add flour to sour cream; add cream mixture to mushrooms and heat just until it begins to boil.
    Turn into a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
