Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    2 (14 oz.) cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    parsley
Preparation
    Bake chicken in a covered dish at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain.
    Combine tomatoes and cornstarch.
    Stir to dissolve cornstarch.
    Cook, stirring occasionally until thick.
    Remove chicken from baking dish; pour sauce into dish, saving 1 cup sauce.
    Arrange chicken over sauce.
    Top with rest of sauce. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of chicken breast.
    Bake until cheese melts.
